FORMALIZATION OF INTERACTION BETWEEN SYSTEMS
Abstract: The interaction between two or more systems is delivered through their sets. Each set includes a variablе, a neutral and a fixed components. The formalization is presented in terms of levels of organization of the structure of the systems that interact. The sets are presented by information entropy. The conversion of the value of the set in entropy type is a prerequisite for linearization of the scale of its deviations from the resistance.

REGULATION OF THE SET
Abstract: The complex structure of the set of a system requires a management system for its stability. Theoretical schemes of the structure of the management of the set and management of the signal that passes through the structure of the set of the system by the basic principles of regulation and management of the system are synthesized.

FORMATION OF INVESTMENT ONTOLOGICAL PROVISION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE RADIOACTIVE CONTAMINATION
Abstract: The subject of our research is to elucidate the characteristics of the formation of the ontological system of investment support of agricultural enterprises on the territory of radioactive contamination. The objects of study are the agricultural enterprises on the territory of radioactive contamination. The aim of the article is to clarify the characteristics of the formation of the ontological system of investment support of agricultural enterprises on the territory of radioactive contamination. The article highlights the concept of investment maintenance of agricultural enterprises, which revealed the main principles of the investment activity of the organization; equality of participants in the investment process; equal rights for all investors; investment protection; noninterference subjects of investment process in investment activities, subject to compliance with applicable law; independence in the selection criteria for investment activities; the rights and interests of the participants of the investment process in case of investment by them. The author has clarified the investment attractiveness of the agricultural enterprises of the radiation contaminated areas of Ukraine, as a result found to be particularly problematic in the investment development of the agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are subjected to radioactive contamination, which include: the Volyn, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Rivne and Chernihiv region. It is in these regions, agribusiness companies face considerable problems, as usual, investors are afraid to invest in due to numerous risks, not only environmental, but also economic and social. Implemented system ontological formation of investment maintenance of agricultural enterprises on the territory of radioactive contamination according to the following principles: clarity, consistency, scalability, at least the effect of coding and a minimum of ontological commitments. It is also found that over the ontology to do a specific set of operations, which include: the addition of new actors, changing subjects, the removal of the subject and search. The author chose the parameters of investment support system of agricultural enterprises on the territory of radioactive contamination and proposed an equation of ontology for the system of investment support of agricultural enterprises on the territory of radioactive contamination. The methods of the research were the scientific principles, means of scientific knowledge, the use of which ensure the reliability of the results and decisions of the goals and objectives. After some investigation the ontology of investment support system of agricultural enterprises in the radioactive contamination of us made certain generalizations that lie in the fact that the investment attractiveness at the macro level is determined by a number of conditions, which creates a state for all economic entities, including foreign investors, to make a profitable investment in order to develop the national economy. Conditions of successful investments at the macro level are determined by the following factors: the stability and predictability of the political system; the state of the national economy (inflation, GDP growth, production of major products, budget deficits, etc..) and the prospects for its development; the level of development of the system of state regulation of innovation and investment development of territories and sectors; the tax policy of the state; level of socio-economic development, people's living standards; the level of investment risk and uncertainty in the environment. Prior to the macro level are international and national levels of the ontology which are most favorable for investment maintenance of enterprises operating in the radiation-contaminated areas.

HANS GROSS AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Abstract: The premonitions of Vienna criminalist Hans Gross about the credential application of photography are bound with the phenomenon “catoptric nostalgia” (nostalgia for the mirror reflection) as defined by U. Eco. It is much later that M. McLuhan speaks of the extensions of man. The paper argues that there is no causality between “tactile values” (B. Berenson), “sensual confabulation” (K. L. Kahlbaum, H. Fraser) or “graphic sadism” (W. Benjamin) of the photographic image, on the one hand, and the notion of pure denotation. It turns out that the partial presentation of the object as portrayed by cartoons and caricatures, as well as by incomplete testimony, can provide a means of identification.

POLICE REALISM AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Abstract: The text justifies the term “police realism”, while at the same time it makes a distinction between the institution Police Regime of Visibility and the so-called “naive realism”. What we have in mind are visual representations of the world, even in the form of “Ophthalmologic realism.” Plato’s conviction that the relationship between faith and opinion is causal is proven by A. A. Berger’s concept of “seeing is believing”.
