Teaches social sciences in Social Activities, Social Pedagogy, Journalism and Public Relations. Implements expert and consulting activities in the work of the NGOs. Author of 17 monographs and textbooks and over 30 articles and papers in Bulgarian and international issues. Participate in organizing and conducting of 13 sociological surveys.
