A MODEL FOR FORMING A POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE SCHOOL
Abstract: The built image is, in some way, a measure for the level of development of the whole school. Therefore, the principal and the teachers have to do special work in increasing the popularity of the school, trying to draw different society group’s attention and make them their partners. Forming and approval of the image passes trough three stages. The present report suggests a six-componential model for forming a positive image of the school.

REALIZATION OF GRADUATES IN SPECIALTY SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AT KONSTANTIN PRESLAVSKY –UNIVERSITY OF SHUMEN. MONITORING.
Abstract: Department of Social work at Konstantin Preslavsky – University of Shumen maintains databases for graduates. They are constantly filled with new information for the realization of graduates in the professional field. The analysis of data recorded by the system monitor, which carried over the department graduates showed that their realization beyond the municipality, the region. Practical graduates of "Social Activities" are in almost all regions of the country except the districts of Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik, Kardzhali, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo. But in the remaining 22 districts of Bulgaria Attend specialists specialty of Social work at Konstantin Preslavsky – University of Shumen. The article showed systematically acquired data acquired through monitoring and they confirmed that this is a desirable specialty for consumers footage.

STUDY OF IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF SOCIAL WORKER
Abstract: The article presented a study of the personal qualities of social worker. Applied are Giisan test and self-assessment questionnaire among 100 social workers. The research shows statistically significant differences and statistically significant correlations between the personal qualities of social worker, his professional experience and education.
