MODIFY IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES IN GRAVITATION ZONE TO SHUMEN CITY – MAIN CENTRE OF GRAVITY

Abstract: The study is an attempt to present the adverse demographic and socio-economic processes on the territory of the municipalities of Shumen, Novi Pazar, Kaspichan and Veliki Preslav, in the period 1992-2011 that reflect negatively on the components of the workforce ance– imbal between supply and demand of labour force with a quality and quantity. Exceeds supply many times its demand and have seen a significant decline in employment. Analysing the employment in four municipalities, as the most important analytical indicators is used full employment and division of both sexes in economic sectors, main groups professions in economic sector and specific status in employment. Clarify the reasons for the territorial disparities in the distribution of employed persons. Referred to them are recommendations for overcoming the problems affecting to the status and dynamics of the labour market.

CORRELATION BETWEEN DEGREE OF ANXIETY AND SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the anxiety and socio-psychological adaptation of a group of students (men and women) of Shumen University "Ep. К. Preslavski". The research shows significant statistical dependences between manifestations of anxiety and the degree of manifestation of characteristics of socio-psychological adaptation in both genders.

A WORKING MODEL OF INTER SUBJECT RELATIONS IN EDUCATION IN BULGARIAN IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract: The article analyses the usefulness of subordination of rules in work in certain classes both in Bulgarian and Literature (on concrete thematic fields from the syllabus) on one problem (from Literature syllabus)- Human Dialogue of Eternal and Sacred Truths in Life. In the text are presented educational practices (grouped in three models freely) for realization of inter subject relations in education in Bulgarian. The models presents verbal and brain activities (like analysis, receptiveness, creation and comparison of texts, oral discussions etc.) as a stimulating force of participation of the students in pedagogical interaction: as a theme for thought about human values and society values, values not only in specific literary text, but as variable and changing in the modern socio cultural context system. A summary is made of the effectiveness of presented educational practices in the context of the leading role in education in Bulgarian and Literature- the development of communicative competence of the students.

RISK MANAGEMENT OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SITES AND FACILITIES

Abstract: Critical Infrastructure Sites and Facilities Risk Management is a continuous and constantly evolving process. It includes activities related to identifying, describing and assessing threats, assessing the vulnerability of critical infrastructure elements, identifying risks and verifying the results of the assessment by comparing it with previously developed probable scenarios. An important factor for risk management is the use of good practices by the responsible institutions and the implementation of a protection policy. The protection of critical infrastructure and security-related sites in Bulgaria is central to the National Security Strategy. The awareness of the population, the formation of a prevention culture as well as the proper behavior of the whole society in times of risk situations can guarantee an effective protection policy.

Abstract: At the present moment of the development of the society, the objects forming the electricity systems are some of the most critical infrastructures, which are vital for many others, depending on the reliable supply of electricity. The study and description of the various objects of the critical electricity infrastructure has an important role to play in developing adequate measures for their protection. Geographic information systems are a powerful tool in the process of protecting critical electricity infrastructure and assisting responsible institutions in making decisions.
