THE MAIN FEATURES OF RUSSIAN SPONTANEOUS SPEECH
/study/

Abstract: The article defines the necessity of studying spontaneous speech and its features in comparison with the literary norm of pronunciation. The complexity of the study of spontaneous speech is determined by fuzzy boundaries of language levels, the decreasing of the role of classical linguistic units (phonetic word, syntagma, phrase). The attention of researchers is directed to the study of elementary discursive units as a minimum step, which is advanced by the speaker in the process of generating speech. The studies in the field of intonation of spontaneous speech consider specific intonational units and their prosodic characteristics, as well as the intonational design of various syntagms and utterances. A significant part of the research is devoted to establishing the dependence of reduction processes in spontaneous speech on the semantic loading, the frequency of words, personal belonging, phrasal-intonational conditions, and also on their character. This article discusses some research methods of spontaneous speech.

QUALITY CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION

Abstract: The introduction of a quality system according to the international standard ISO 9001: 2008 is a strategic decision of the top management of the organization. The organization of technological production chooses one of the three standards ISO 9001, ISO 9002 or ISO 9003 to certify its quality control system in accordance with business processes. In world practice, the ISO 9004 standard is required, which provides guidance based on a wider range of objectives for the management system than ISO 9001, especially for the continuous improvement of the overall performance and efficiency of an organization.
